What To Expect:
Each week log into an online group class.
Hour One: Learn. We will explore both writing craft and elements of the energy body from the yoga tradition. You will learn how to infuse your daily life with grounding, creativity and how to open the heart (for yourself but also to write from that place).. This part of class includes lots of pretty slides and information to feed your spirit and inner muse. You will receive actionable information to set up or refuel your creative and self-care practices.
Hour Two: Practice! Our practice for this journey is a combination of restorative yoga and writing. We’ll explore accessible, restful shapes and breathwork, then (with that calmed-down nervous system) will explore in-class writing to generate new work.
This is open to all, accessible and you don’t have to have any background in writing or yoga—-just a willingness to try. Our practice will match the day’s class theme and overall prioritize rest and nourishment.
Classes will be recorded and password-protected so you can revisit what you’d like or catch up if you miss.
Between classes stay in touch via our Discord channel and explore weekly optional home practices on the theme of the week.
